Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.
For sectors with 2 bench-seat rows, for every 2 seat tickets purchased in the 1st row, 1 seat ticket in the 2nd row must also be purchased.
The shopping cart is limited.
Children also require a seat.
For seat sales at Zürcher Kantonalbank, no special seat allocation is available. Zürcher Kantonalbank cannot provide any information about seat sales.
Seats with sufficient space for wheelchairs can only be purchased via ticketing@sechselaeuten.ch.
